I'd certainly say it's the most memorable video from the 90s. A few different sources placed BOMT as the #1 song of the 90s as well.

I love when one stanbase creates a thread to counter a thread started by another fanbase.
But I do love the BOMT video. I don't know if I'd call it the best video of the 90s, but it's certainly among the most iconic.
