But Capitol can simply release the DE without Katys consent. The 3 tracks must have been recorded. I dont think Katy can do many things about it. All she can do is that shes wont promote it.

I don't know, but I really don't care for future singles of Katy right now! All I want, and I want it badly is LFN to hit the top spot in the next 2-3 weeks! JUST THAT! Duh

I feel like this deluxe edition thing has been planned since TD came out. The most suspicious thing is that Bonnie said that Part of Me is gonna be "on a bonus version or something" So they definely intented to relase it. Imo is a strong track, say whatever you think, Sammi i'm looking at you. Also Katy was very very excited when she talked about Dressin Up in last April. That was the first track she even mentioned from the album, so she must love it. So I dont think they gonna waste those 2 songs. They were saved for the deluxe version exclusively imo. Maybe Katy agreed on it cuz she thought a lot of things can change in the next year.

Katy will be the Hot100 artist of the year. (Unless Adele stays 10 weeks @ #1 with her next single or Rihanna pulls 3 #1's more this year.)
But RITD will be the song of the year for sure. E.T & Firework most likely to be top5

Well, I don't want her popularity to fade away. Maybe she can still attend award shows to keep the attention on her. When is the tour over? And I don't want another summer release, see what happened last year witht the August release, not sure whether it had much to do with the year period, but I'm sure summer isn't the best season to release an album... Maybe a release close to Christmas?

I don't think she will have problems with that. Anyway,tour is over in November. And yeah,I want November/December release too.If she pulls off huge single she could have really good album sales this time.

I think Dressin Up is going to be 1st single from Deluxe edition after LFN.They will release 2nd single with Rihanna. And that Rihanna collabo will be on both Rihanna/Katy album editions. It makes sense.I'm just afraid of her getting overexposed

Yes, I'm almost certain her sales will be way higher this time. But she needs a fresh track, otherwise people will get sick of her, even though her singles this era have all a different sound.

Capitol knows what they are doing, hun  . If Katy hasn't got overexposed at this time, I doubt she'll ever do.
