Yes but the difference is even tho Michael never topped Thriller he still kept the public's interest wit his talent, dancing, songs n videos whereas GaGa has not this time around. I do think that comparing her to Michael has always been a joke cuz she is nothing like him unless her "impact" that her stans claimed she had wit the first two eras. That comparision has always been ******** IMO she's more like Madonna n Cyndi Lauper if anything.

I'm not comparing their statuses. My point is, that they both took natural declines from huge successes. You can insert any artist and my point will remain. Britney, for example, saw declines in popularity and success between albums as well. Even if GaGa has taken a dip in popularity and overall dominance, she is still among the most successful stars out right now.
