I think it was qt, could have been better, but could have been worse. I think y'all just went w some debbie downer topics and it kinda went downhill from there.

A mess. I liked the panel, but no one dragged or spilled anything.
They false advertised tbh.

Messy. I loved the panel though, some of my favorite members, like MusicTalker, Foxay, and KoreanDream...ManDownsus too
I just thought it flopped, especially since the ratings decreased every half an hour. Maybe the future episodes will be better?

Sis, the show isn't about dragging or spilling anything. It's about discussions. If we made a show where we drag members and spill their tea, we would all collect 10 warning points and pass go, straight to banland within 15 minutes.
Anyway, the show was a little messy, due to the fact that the viewers couldn't discuss the topics with us, but overall, I think that it was a success. Future episodes will be much more organized.

Exactly. I wanted to see some dragging and blood over the thread...but it was a little stale

The thread isn't made for the purpose of dragging.

You always were my favorite member.
But yes, future episodes will be much better. People need to keep in mind that this was sort of a "test" episode. We've never done this before, so it was bound to fail in some way. We'll plan and organize things better next time, though.

Exactly, we're there to discuss topics and give our two cents. It's just like The View. Yes, sometimes the ladies will drag somebody, but it's very rare. That's how The Tea works. There will be topics where a panelist has negative feelings towards an artist/member/person, but it won't happen all of the time. If we had a thread where we dragged everybody, it would be closed almost immediately.

Honestly, I think the whole idea has HUGE potential. The panel is amazing, the topics were great. the execution was what was terrible, and it was far too long. There weren't enough breaks, and since the public didn't get to voice they're opinions, they got bored and left. I would suggest making the show an hour long, and having a break every fifteen minutes. If you had a break after each topic, that would give us four topics in total which I believe is enough. I'm pretty sure this was your intention, but it should only be on once a week. Each week a special guest should be invited to the show to talk with the panel. This would really involve ATRL members imo. The "Pilot" (I'm gonna always refer to this episode as the pilot) was very sloppy, but it has great potential. Great job you guys for trying your hardest

The idea is great, the content is not so great. I don't think the common ATRLer wants to read about people discussing the incident in Norway.
It would have been better if you guys clocked Kelly Rowland's first week sales, ATRL issues like warning points, posters, forum events. Some stuff more relevant to this site.
I'm not saying it isn't good that we have people that are willing to discuss world events because I am here for it, but the majority of the people on a pop forum are not. If they don't watch CNN/Dateline/Whatever they're not really going to remain interested in The Tea.
We need shading, dragging, spilling on issues pertinent to the music world.

True, it was a discussion thread. But it would be more entertaining and bring in more ratings if you had a "Simon Cowell" in the group...if you know what I mean

I'm here for your positivity.
Lipton, I know what you mean. I liked the discussion we had about Norway but I think it was too serious. The music topics will be the most relatable to the people here.

Agree with this. While we all do love to keep up with the modern world, issues relevant to ATRL would suit best, since most ATRLers can relate to it.

Also I don't think that the public should discuss alongside the panel, only during commercial breaks. If not it would be extremely messy and really eliminate the reason for a panel.

I agree with everything you said. And thank you for your kind words.
I really do love the idea of having a special guest member on. Like Vin, for example. It would pique everybody's interest and get them more involved with the show. I also like the idea of having 4 major topics with a break in between. Good_Doc_Gone_Bad had a really good idea. We could allow the viewers to give their opinions for a couple of minutes before the panel does. Then the panel would discuss the topic, and afterward, the viewers could comment on what we had to say. That way, people have a chance to give their thoughts and opinions before and after we do.
