TEXAS IS HORRIBLE, I've lived all over the country but this one BY FAR has been the worse, this one and Rhode Island
I'm from New York City and once you live there AND Miami, it's just ugh, I liked being able to do anything anytime, I live in Houston now and there is no culture in this city, I visited San Antonio and that was fun, but Galveston was just plain gross to me, I got used to the crystal clear waters of Puerto Rico and the cleaner waters of MIami, it just smelled like fish to me, and it was just ugh boring.

I adore Connecticut! I love visiting there! I plan on moving there, after I go to graduate school in DC!
I didn't like New York, it wasn't boring of course, but I wasn't a fan.

DON'T DO IT! Louisiana is fabulous and is one of the most cultured states in the US. So you trying to say Oregon is better than Louisiana? What does Oregon or Washington (West coast states) have over Louisiana in terms of being non-boring? What does Delaware, North Carolina, New Hampshire, South Carolina, Virginia, and other East Coast states have over Louisiana in terms of a fun environment? My state is far from boring. We have one of the MOST FAMOUS party cities in the world, NEW ORLEANS (French Quarter, Bourbon Street, Canal St., St. Charles, etc.)
People from around the world ALWAYS come down to our state to experience Mardi Gras out here (not just New Orleans, but all majors cities in the state); which is a spectacle in itself. Don't sleep on us now! Texas isn't boring either....I can't speak on the behalf of the others though!
No one can come for Louisiana....except for me!

Ms. Liberty SLAYYYYYYYS! I lived there for one summer while doing an internship. BEST TIME OF MY LIFE! I just may move out there for grad school, but I need to have my expenses in order to do that. It truly is the greatest city in this country (NYC).

It's a beautiful place but It can be so boring most time's. They don't have much to do. They really need to expand and make the area more entertaining and have more thing's to do. But that won't happen since there broke. And it use to be one of the richest state's. I will be moving to North Carolina eventually. I love NY because there's so much to do and different places to visit, but the traffic is horrid.

It's not a joke! NYU was on my list of places to go for undergrad, but that mess was 40k/year or something....and that doesn't include lodging and a meal plan. NO WAY I was going to put myself in debt to Salle Mae like that. Going to school out-of-state is really hard to do with the expenses for non-residents. I despise that!

Try to get a scholarship.
I actually think I'd rather be in debt than stay in Detroit another minute.

Your loss... There is so many ways around the system A lot of out of state students at NYU pay NY rate... But that is still pretty expensive
Born in NY and will die here... I've lived in CA, FL, & NY, all great states, buy NY is the best. I don't use the lesser states like Dakota, Louisiana and others.
