So I'm going to the mall just to get some **** but I have sharpie on me from last night saying "ho", "i'm a bitch" and 15 dashes (like a tally) to represent the number of shots i took DX. I tried washing it off but its still noticeable...however, I really don't care so I'm just gonna go looking like this

This got me thinking about to what extent I cared about what people thought about me from first look. I always try to be presentable when in a setting that is a little more than casual. Not to say I look formal, but I like to look well kempt.

So basically, the question is how comfortable are you in yourself to be yourself around others or in public. Do you go out of your way to look "cool"

personally I just be myself (i used to be caught up in that whole impress ppl ******** but now idc b/c it's their loss if they don't wanna chill w/ me ) but I'm interested in knowing how the ATRLers feel about this matter

I think we all go through a stage where we at least slightly care, especially in high school, but now... I could give two ****s about what anyone thinks about me even family and friends for the most part. I feel that it's important for everyone to establish themselves as individuals. Being an individual, you're going to do some things not everyone is going to agree with. Who cares?

I remember when sucking dick was thought to be so disgusting in middle school. That was the stupidest **** ever. I don't know how incomplete my life would've been if I didn't suck at least one dick before I died. Anyway, it really shouldn't matter what people think about you as long as you love and respect yourself. I think that's one of the biggest problems with society today and why so many people fear just being an individual. It's sad.

That's the thing though, so many people are so consumed with judging and worrying about others that they neglect themselves. You'll enjoy life a lot more if you cared less.

No. Why should I care what other people who don't me think about my life? I will care about my immediate family and good friends think about me, everyone else can go suck a dick.

I'm always concerned about how I'll be percieved due to my appearance or mannerisms, mostly because I'm constantly judging others by the same criteria.

One of my least favorite traits about myself is that I care to much about what people think about me. It sucks, hardcore.
