She needs to release the album this year. But I'm really scared for her because she's going to be gone if this fails. At least she knows that, though. That's a good sign.
For me, Brandy brought it ok with Human. It wasn't her best album by a LONG shot, but it didn't deserve to flop/underperform like it did. I don't think this really is Brandy's "last shot," but I KNOW she'll be crushed if this next album flops. If she doesn't come as hard this time as she's showing in the video and the public doesn't embrace her, she's going to have a VERY hard time re-establishing herself. *fingers crossed*
And the Grenade instrumental! That better mean Bruno is writing and The Smeezington's are producing some of this album!

What kind of ghetto name she gave her daughter though?
After perusing the web, I've come up with the following:
-Sy'Rai means "Princess" in Hebrew
-It has biblical origins (from the name Sarai, which was the name of Sarah, Abrahams wife, before it was changed)
-Before the conception of Isaac Sarah was called Sarai. Sy'Rai or Syrai is a derivation of the same word, meaning "my princess."
Not sure where the apostrophe and the double capital letters came from though, lol.
I'm not trying to be mean or unfaithful ('cause I believe in her with all my heart), but has any artist (sans pop) truly succeeded with an album dedicated to their fans?
I feel really bad for her because she's honestly very talented. I have all of her albums, so I'm sure I'm going to get next album to add to my collection. Sadly, no one is checking for Brandy anymore. At least, she knows her time is up!
I hope she doesn't fail because I feel bad for her. I hope she brings it with the material and her label brings it with the promo. I'm going to have to see Brandy everywhere. Not just on 106&Park and the Wendy Williams...no she better be every-****ing-where. Good luck girl.
