It kinda looks like a sex video game but the pizza is confusing me..you did not really order underwear from a video game

lol, it's a survival horror/puzzle game. The pizza box & underwear & shirt & art book all come with the game as a deluxe set, it's stuff the characters wear and eat from.

The company that makes it has a huge following.
