That's TERRIBLE! I'm not going to try to barge into someone else's life though... It's not my place to go trying to enforce justice concerning other people like that. I don't think it's necessary to sign a petition, as I am positive a court will sentence him accordingly. In fact, juries are taught to be as little affected by public opinion as possible. I don't know why the dog kept struggling if she was decapitating herself, but for her to even have to is unacceptable. What ever happened to dogs being man's best friend?
