Umm no, in the UK, Frank has sold well over 600,000 copies and has been certified double Platinum here. Of course, Back To Black's success in 2006 helped spur more sales but Frank was an underground classic.
I'm surprised there's only 4 females in the top 25 of this list. Also suprised with Dido selling more than Pink, Kylie and Britney. In the top 20, there's no Backstreet Boys or Justin Timberlake. Congrats to Robbie Williams, he's one of the best European artists, he deserves it.
Christina's not in it? Stripped sold 1.9M, Debut went platinum (300k). Back to Basics sold 450k, Bionic sold over 60k, KGB sold 100k. That's more or less 3M with the Spanish and MKOC and some sales adjustment for Stripped and B2B which are basically dated estimates.
