Well, this has been a bit of an emotional rollercoaster for the big Steps fans we are, but after much ‘yes they will/no, they won’t’s it’s just been confirmed the Steps reunion ís in fact happening this fall (we told you so!).

‘Steps are to reunite for a four-part documentary series on Sky Living later this year, it has been revealed.
The pop group, who disbanded in 2001, will get back together for the ITV Studios series, which will document what the five members have been up to and what may come next following the release of their Ultimate Collection.
The group, made up of Claire Richards, Lisa Scott-Lee, Ian ‘H’ Watkins, Lee Latchford-Evans and Faye Tozer, will discuss the reasons behind their split ten years ago, and will also plan a possible re-launch in a recording studio.
“This documentary series reveals the truths behind the polished pop façade that led to the break-up of one of the most successful pop acts in the UK.
Sky’s Head of Factual Entertainment Mark Sammon added: “We’ll document the in-fighting, jealousy and power struggles - it’s not the sugar-coated Steps we all remember.
“I’m delighted this British pop phenomenon has given us access to their stories. And we can expect tears and dramatic confrontation as they attempt to put the past behind them and re-launch Steps ten years on from their split.”
Steps sold more than 15 million records in their four-and-a-half-year career and scored 14 consecutive top five singles including ‘One for Sorrow’, ‘Deeper Shade of Blue’ and the platinum-selling ‘Heartbeat/Tragedy’.
Claire Richards said that a Steps reunion would be a “silly” idea last month. The group had been rumoured to perform a one-off charity reunion concert earlier this year.’
