Britney Spears "Blackout" is one of her best albums, and even in such a dark time of her life she released it. Robbed of its #1 debut on BBH100, we are now going to get the album to NUMBER 1 by starting to buy it on July 26th 2011-July 31st, 2011.
We have to make sure that we are only buying the US version and only through authorized retailers in the United States such as iTunes, amazon.com, Best Buy, Walmart, Target.

Billboard changed the rules on Britney's "Blackout" album the day after its release, shoving it to the number two spot, ruining Britney's number one consecutive album streak!
To be honest, We think it's unfair, If we pre-purchase & download BLACKOUT, we can make it #1. ARE YOU IN?
It'll be interesting to see what effect this has on Billboard.
And if it gets that number 1, lawd.
She deserves it though, so I might buy.
Are expectations really set at getting her that #1?
The main goal is get the album to pass the MILLION mark, and even that is a FAILURE considering it's gonna reach that number before the Download Day/Week.
