For the most part, men are almost ALWAYS the perpetrators of rape (even for male victims). This law in China sounds more like it's about ignoring homosexuality.

This is exactly what I first thought of after reading the article. Poor boy, I hope China changes the law now and that guy goes to prison.

But isn't china and a lot of Asia one of the regions that had accept homosexuality a lot less than the western world? I know a few of my friends from china said that it's not exactly "accepted" by many people there? Not sure though.
