I can't believe you got fired for that, seems a bit silly. I work at a gas station during the summers when I'm not in University and if people are rude to me I sometimes snaps back. Thankfully my boss is really cool and he himself can't stand rude people. He has ordered some people to get the **** out of our store more than once
