So I'm watching "True Life" and this episode is about people who are changing their sexuality due to their families disapproving their lifestyles.
This one guy used to be gay and is now trying to be straight, he even turns the TV off when a hot guy goes on and is going to a counselor who helps him "be straight".
Now I'm curious, can you successfully change your sexuality?
Can you be "counseled" out of your desire for the other sex?
I have a whole notepad thing on this site full of men.
I just think a lot of women are 'pretty', 'beautiful'.. but then when a man comes on he's always 'hot', 'sexy' to me. I pay attention more to men and than woman as well. Nobody can counsel me out of that.
No.
I watched that episode two days ago. The guy's story kind of annoyed me how everyone wanted him to be straight and how he was so willing to please them.
Imo its emotinally sometimes more stressing & hurtful to constanly wanting to become straight (which is also seems impossible task so it can bemore fustrating) than simply accept your own sexuality.
No.

I know, everybody wants him to be straight and I kinda feel bad for him because he's only doing it because his ex boyfriends cheated on him and everybody around him wants him to be straight.
No, but you can pretend. Extremely unhealthy. These 'ex-gays' either kill themselves or marry the opposite sex, reproduce, and divorce because they couldn't resist same sex urges. Your life shouldn't begin when you're old, and it shouldn't end when you're young
Sis please I can hit the sexuality button on Facebook ANYTIME I CHOOSE
Yas, sis! I was straight for the longest time but then I decided to become gay! I changed my 'interested in' to men just a week or so ago and life is ****ING RAD!
