Yeah. It's kind of a social network and blogging hybrid. You can follow people, reblog (kind of like a retweet), and like their posts. There's a lot of things you can post about; pictures, videos, audio, just simple blog posts, etc etc. It's actually pretty cool and there's a lot of really funny tumblrs and one for virtually any topic.
