This is curious. Not only is her current single in the top 10 of iTunes, but she has two nonsingles in the top 100 of iTunes (soon to be top 50 eventually) and then this song getting in the top 100.
This means one of two things is happening. Either a) young people are interested in the mature sound that is coming through her album, or b) old people are starting to use iTunes.
Either way, I see a good future ahead because of this woman.
"Turning Tables" was in the top 100 for like two months.
I think you are right about older people are using iTunes more. There is no way the young crowd are buying these country songs like that.
That would be a very, very good thing for the music industry. Old people actually buy albums, and the young people would buy singles, and then we would see a healthy middle ground.
