Well, blame Britney and Jive for being so basic this era. They refused to hit the promo circuit hard domestically and worldwide like they needed to for this 1st quarter release. Let's not even get into how rushed this whole era was. The damn album wasn't even finished when the lead single was released to radio. We didn't even get an album title till a few weeks before its release.
