The stadium is almost as responsible as him for not knowing how to prevent something like this. You would think they know fans would try to do these things.

I can't at you queens. Baseball fanatics would kill to catch a foul ball, especially from a front-leading/popular batter. It's been going down in history at these games, it's like a dream come true to them. There's nothing wrong or stupid with attempting to catch them, you guys would probably risk jumping over a rail to catch a sweaty ass towel from your favorite singer. :-/

The stadiums know this, and should do something about it to provent it or make sure fans are safe.

The stadium has absolutely no responsibility for someone acting stupidly and with no sense. This was not a small child or a man who simply fell. His stupid self stood up over an edge trying to catch a damn ball. The fault is no one's but his own. Maybe partial blame can go to his parents for raising a dumbass.

It depends how you look at it. These stadiums definently aren't safe enough.

None of these stadiums are safe, regardless if you're trying to catch a baseball or not. I cringe walking up and down a basketball arena to get to my seat. Someone could bust their ass just getting out their seat or die just from trying to catch a t-shirt that they shout with their rockets.

He's just not getting it. The fact is that they know people are gong to do these things, they expect for fans to go after the ball, it's been going on for centuries, why not make things safer?
