Firstly, most of her fans are women, and most likely straight. Secondly, I'm sure she has more straight male fans that gay male fans. She's not Lady Gaga.

On another forum, somebody actually asked me "Don't you find it difficult to relate to her lyrics?" as if gays relate to her better than straight blokes.

I guess some songs like He About To Lose Me could work as a man-on-man thing, but I've always seen her lyrical content as either being a straight girl/woman perspective on thing, or for everybody.

Not really sure why or how she's gotten such a gay following. Nothing she's done seems to evoke "for the gays" like the **** Lady Gaga gagas about.

I agree that "she's not lady gaga" as in she doesnt have an extremely strong gay following like her but i doubt that. I think it's obvious that most of britney's male fans are gay though. That's just how it is and im cool with that.
