Wow, That kid is going to need a lot of therapy. One thing I always say is you always have to be careful especially in elated situations because you do let your guard down. Also the baseball field should add a net between that space because I'm sure this will not be the last time something like that happens.

Still also hoping Josh Hamilton (the baseball player that toss the ball into the stands) is doing ok (since he is a recovering alcoholic and drug user) and something like this could send someone down that road. Hoping it doesn't since he has done so good with that.

I usually don't have a problem with this line of thinking, because I've been known to make light of tragic situations myself, but your post was way too soon, I'm sorry. I respect that you're standing by your post and all, but I would have held back from posting it that soon.

I feel for that kid, because now even the thought of baseball will send this kid into a withering mess, but I also feel for Josh Hamilton. I mean, here's a guy who was actually being nice and giving someone a souvenir...and it leads to this. Hamilton has already been through so much in his life. Hasn't he suffered enough?
