I am surprised that some don't like her personality. Okay, now that I give it some thought... I can understand. However, I love her personality. Altho I liked her songs enough to sing along when I heard them, it was actually her personality that won me over. She made me laugh... and hard! I became a fan in Oct/Nov 20120, so I did A LOT of YouTubeing to "catch up." She does come with bells and whistles, and I think that is a big part of her success, which ultimately I don't think is a bad thing. She has a huge following that have seen that "stripped down" Katy and LOVE her. I love the stripped down version (ah hem) of Katy and the funky Katy we see a lot more of lately!

6. Shes seriously annoying at times. E.T. video tried WAY too ****ing hard to be something it wasnt. Her live performances are typically weak. (More-so this era).

She sometimes contradicts herself. Hypocrite.

She leached onto the gay community for Fireworks.. then totally dropped that once it was time for E.T. At least Gaga stays with the gays.

I do love some of her music though. If she had just stfu sometimes she'd have a better image, in my mind.

5. I don't really hate her per se, but she's just so generic and such a basic, label-controlled artist. I don't feel any originality or distinction as an artist from her, which is generally lacking in too many artists today anyways. I've never understood who exactly is buying her music because 4 #1 singles from one mediocre bland album is plain bizarre.

Mostly indifferent to Katy Perry, but she has a bangin' body Her new music sometimes make me wonder. At some point she jumped onto the electronic bandwagon and needs to get back off of it.
