Well the popbars themselves can be quite quirky, so I had to build in fail-safes to make sure it doesn't update when it shouldn't. For example, the bars can sometimes suddenly revert back to old numbers. Or they might change into numbers that are right in between the last update and the one before that, which would cause all the colors to switch to the opposite ones. So it has to ignore all of these fake updates. But it seems now the fail-safes themselves have failed.

Eh, people can deal until the site comes back. It's unfathomable to me that you can even develop a way to make that site in the first place, so I'm happy with waiting for the pop bars to stop being dumb.
