but I find this picture

and then I click ZOOM and I think that's her nipple?

Demi was never really successful in any way, she basically rode off of the Jonas Brothers and Selena's success which led to her being apart of TV movies with them but in the end of nobody ever really cared. We don't use Demi, nobody uses Demi and don't include the rehab thing because nobody was checking for her before that.
