Toxic JUST edges out Bad Romance and Single Ladies, which are both fantastic IMO.
Umbrella isn't in their league. I don't think it's even Rihanna's best video. The song is iconic; the video isn't, really.

Bad Romance slays all of these videos (Toxic is a good second though). The fashion, the concept, the choreography, the cinematography, it's all so flawless.
I do prefer the plot of Toxic though, it's a fun video.
