I'm assuming some of the 8 tracks she already has are from her sessions with Alex da Kid. If I recall correctly, she loved them, and the only reason they weren't on Goodbye Lullaby is because they were hip-hop-ish and didn't fit in. She said she wanted to release them still, so here we are!
I hope she has one completely out-of-the-box track too, like produced by Diplo or RedOne or somebody unexpected. Those type of songs always make for cool album tracks, which is what I feel Goodbye Lullaby lacked.

I doubt it'll be radically different. According to an interview they had just a few tinges of hip-hop here and there, mixed in with her typical pop-rock sound. I'm guessing it'll still be different enough to be interesting though.
She'll almost definitely have some form of a makeover. She kinda has in a way, every era.
