I have to go with the Pokémon. ESPECIALLY Charizard, because in Pokémon, steel is weak to fire, and Metalgreymon has plenty of steel. Charizard is a fast flyer, and Metalgreymon looks clunky.
Charmander would have easily beaten Agumon because he has a variety while Agumon only does Pepper breath. I don't think Charmeleon physical attacks would have done anything to Greymon who looks like he has a high defense and ....
