Why do you want the rerelease in October? That's too early IMO.

And the re release single will more likely be here in Early/Mid October. Man Down and CKB will be dead in September. U need that little 1 month break to bring the attention to the rerelease.

She can debut the lead single on X Factor US and X Factor UK, mid October.
