Again, this is the kind of show Aleks Syntek was made for. He's still fairly successful and is a go-to guy for composing and producing. However, he's not SO successful that he couldn't take time off to be a coach for this show.
In terms of who they should get, it has to be someone current but not huge (which disqualifies Paulina and Thalía in my book, though we'll see). At the same time these people should have experience as musicians, which is why I think people like Fey and Alicia Villarreal would be fine, too. Heck, even the bat-**** crazy ladies of Alejandra Guzmán, Gloria Trevi and Yuri would be okay based on these criteria.
One of the guys from Sin Bandera would do, too, though I didn't care enough for them to vote.
It would be my dream come true, though, if they got Queens Julieta Venegas and/or Ely Guerra to be coaches for this show. They'd both have a LOT of knowledge about music to pass on to the contestants. 
Whatever they do, though, I don't think they should go for veterans like Paquita la del Barrio, VIcente Fernández, Pepe Aguilar, etc. The coaches need to have experience, yes, but still be in touch with mainstream tastes in music.
Hopefully they pick well.
P.S.: I'm pretty sure the name of the girl from Belanova is "Denisse," not "Dulce." But whatever, it's not like she'd be a great coach; she can't really sing live, although Belanova makes awesome music

I actually know some of them. I voted for Anahi, Dulce, Ninel , Thalia, Rubio. Dulce Maria's voice isn't strong enough to be judge though.

I'm going to say Thalia and Anahi would be good choices, IMO!
If not, I'll go with the opposite Dulce Maria and Paulina Rubio.

La verdad no me interesa ninguna de las dos cantantes han lanzado buena musica ambas  y espero que Paulina si sea parte del jurado con su acento español pero también lo necesita, Thalía ahorita esta en la cima de su carrera una vez más, mientras Paulina fracasa como nunca
