Nope, they started again when she decided to remove the video, since a lot of people started talking about her once again because of it. If she's smart, she'll re-upload the video once this set of 15 minutes is almost up.

Did any of you watch the video...
It clearly said Rebecca did NOT remove the video herself... Her lawyers called for it to be removed due to a battle between Ark Music Factory and Rebecca/her parents over who has the publicity rights to the song. I'm sure it will be back up in some way, shape, or form eventually. But you really should watch the video before commenting...
