Well camel feet. When me and my ex visited his grand-parents in France, his cousins took us out to some restaurant and challenged him to eat the camel feet. He really liked it so I tried it and I spat that **** on my plate. It doesn't taste bad but imagining where it came from was rather vomit-inducing.
Well "Masato" is actually a drink not food, and it's from mashed and fermented yucca, from the Peruvian jungle. The fermentation traditionally begins with old women (because they don't have teeth) chewing mouthfuls of mashed yucca and spitting it back into the vat. They left it there for a day or two to be ready. It's kinda sour, I won't have it again, but it's considered by the natives to be a bit disrespectful to reject to drink it.
