My head was ****ed up when I read this..I thought it was saying a boy pegged (as in digitally put) his dog on some fashion thing (clothes line, as in fashion)..But that must be painful and this boy needs to be ashamed of himself. Good thing he lives in the Philippines because at least there he'd survive after this. If he was in the states he'd probably be stuck inside for the rest of his life to avoid public scrutiny...
