It's definitely hit or miss. I think 25% are right on, another 50% are at least reasonable, and the other 25% are completely off the mark.

If one can formulate a coherent sentence with facts and logic then I usually appreciate their opinion, even if I don't agree with it.
There's about 10-15 members who do this effectively, for me.
