A couple of VERY radio/teen-friendly songs just went for ads.
Without full support from the 3 biggest stations in the US (KIIS, Amp & Z100), how long will those smash radio updates last?
I guess it depends on how you look at it.
I really don't think it's going to be a problem. It'll be around on radio for awhile. If anything to be smashing so hard without being in power rotation yet is a good thing.
What's on my mind right now is Super Bass about to overtake her on iTunes.

Doesn't KISS majority play the extra-sugary pop on radio? Obviously, I really have no idea. But whenever I happen to listen on occasion they are either playing something by Katy (CG & LFN in particular), Who Says by Selena Gomez or Super Bass. Songs in that vein.
IDK if that makes sense. I don't consider TEOG sugary, just catchy & infectious.

Right, I wouldn't call it rhythmic either.
I mean they played the hell out of California Gurls and that song might as well have been called Only For And About WHITE California Gurls.
