For the WWE/WWF: Rank the years 1996-2011 best to worst?
Here is mine:
Best
1999-Really good year, Stone Cold, Rock and VKM were on fire
1998- Vince McMahon had a great heel turn and worked great with Stone Cold
2001- Stone Cold was great all year as a heel, then of course WCW/ECW Invasion
2000- The Rock was on fire all year and so was Triple H, gotta love the McMahon/HHH Era
2003- Brock Lesnar was great as a heel and a face, worked well with Paul Heyman, and Vince was at his best as a heel beating up his daughter and a one-legged kid
2002- Brock Lesnar was an awesome change of pace and a new star that they needed
2004- Great to see Eddie as the WWE Champion
2005- Eddie's heel turn was great, Cena and Batista dominated was not so good
2011- Has been getting better with the youth movement, the Miz, R-Truth, CM Punk and Michael Cole have been very entertaining
1997- Stone Cold as an Anti-Hero, gotta love it
2006- WWE starting to make mistakes like letting Kurt Angle go, not keeping the Raw and SD rosters separate
1996- They had HBK carrying the show, problem was, thats all they had
2010- We saw the rise of The Miz, a good storyline between Daniel Bryan and Michael Cole but over all not a very good product
2008-
2007- Too many injuries and of course a tragic death, but it was not helped by terrible writing. The only storyline that interested me in 2007 was Vince McMahon in the exploding limo and that was scraped
2009- CM Punk making fun of Jeff Hardy and The Miz making fun of John Cena were the only good things of this year. It was a terrible year for the WWE, very boring and lackluster, no blood, no swearing, it showcased in my opinion the worst announce team in history JR and Todd Grisham
Worst
The Attitude Era was badass. I remember the rivalry between WWF and WCW like it was yesterday. The Rock, Stone Cold, Undertaker, Hardy Boys, Edge and Christian. I could go on and on for days. Oh and Chyna wrestling the dudes was awesome. So yeah, Attitude Era >>>>> everything else.
