I don't see Gaga accepting someone else's songs for her albums, she's way too proud.

Exactly. She's too arrogant to allow that.
Rihanna, Katy, Britney, etc. are not real artists so they'll always have hitmakers make songs for them and they'll always have big hits. Which is fine. They know their limits.
Gaga is an artist but she's not a strong enough artist to match/surpass BR on her own. So I think it will be her peak.

I hope not. But it very could be. If she can sit back and relax when it comes to songwriting and producing, I think she can top it. As of now, she does try too hard. She still makes good songs but the overproduction is blatant.

At the same time, I think Gaga's too arrogant to fade into anything less than the fame she had in TF/TFM era. AT the rate of BTW, she's not going to maintain her massive success long enough. I mean, it's different, but commercially, I don't see the album doing as massively well as her previous works. Gaga likes and wants attention, and I'm inclined to think that she'll do what it takes to get back into the spotlight, perhaps even giving up some artistic freedom (compromising).
And I'm NOT bashing Gaga. I like her music for the most part.
Eek, the "not real artists" is going to ignite some angry stans...

The only songs that come close to Bad Romance are Poker Face, Dance In The Dark, Paparazzi, Telephone, and Judas. But I like Poker Face more than all of those songs, so she peaked with her second single

I honestly don't. I love "Bad Romance" to death but I'll never understand the love surrounding it simply because there are much more brilliant songs on Born This Way than "Bad Romance".

Even setting my stan status aside, you're wrong for this.

I've thought about that. She's so fame-hungry.
I don't know why stans would be angry, it's a fact.

Well idk if it was her peak but she set the bar so high for herself creatively and artisticly for Bad Romance that it's like Thriller hard to top.

"Poker Face" would be one of the worst tracks on BTW.
Anyway, I think the BR video is her defining cultural moment to date, but I wouldn't say it's all downhill from here or she can't ever approach that again.

No. Success wise, Poker Face is bigger (I think?)
Quality wise, well almost 75% of her songs are better than Bad Romance. IMO.

I'd say BR made more of an impact than PF when you take into account the video and how many albums it probably moved.

You're saying they aren't artists, but that's kinda incorrect. The music industry is full of different types of recording artists and singers. If writing isn't their strength, their vocals might be. Some people can't play guitar but they can totally shutdown a dancefloor. Some people can't sing for **** but they can rap like there's no tomorrow.
The music industry is full of different artists and EVERYONE has their strengths in it.

GaGa isn't an artist either. Stefani was one but no one was interested back then.
Rob Fusari/RedOne gave birth to her and, in that sense, she's no different than the girls you mentioned in your post.
