Come to think of it, there's been something I strongly dislike about EACH video this era. I'd have to say my vote goes to CG or LFN, though.

California Gurls - Nothing happened and the video was really, really slow. It took forever for her to get on the road, it took forever for her to find each girl, it took forever for the video to climax, and once it did, it just ended. I was expecting something more exciting.

Teenage Dream - I liked the simplistic style of the video, but I thought that its concept was very uninspired and that the way it was filmed was weird. I thought she could have made a video far more memorable for a song like TD than she did. Oh, and it didn't fit with the Teenage Dream concept at ALL.

Firework - I thought the little stories included for each person in the video weren't elaborated upon well enough and that the firework coming out of the chest was awkward. I also thought that the beautiful Hungarian scenery wasn't capitalized on enough.

E.T. - Not only were some scenes in the video poorly directed (the space scenes), and the concept very minimalistic and not elaborated upon, but the end of the video with her dress being removed ruined most of what had been established before.

Last Friday Night - I love the Kathy Beth Terry character a lot, but she was not explained at all in the video.

E.T. IMO - I was surprised by the art direction and production value for the video, one of my favourites this year.

LFN disappointed me. Rebecca Black was the only good part of the video

Honestly....Teenage Dream..It was ALL about Katy.

None of them are really amazing. I would say LFN is the best.

If I had to choose I would say LFN. The sad part is, I am always excited for the videos with the little teasers and whatnot, but the videos leave me wanting a bit more.
