USA and most of the western european countries qualify. I live in Eastern Europe and so far Rihanna came in my city only once for the GGGB tour(at least it was free and epic).

Bulgaria. We have hot summer and cold winter( google Bansko and you'll see one of our winter resorts) which is nice but the problem is that there are many cheating ( read corrupted) bastards and Bulgaria isn't the most rich country. Nice place to spend a vacation, not so good to live.
