I know exactly what you mean. The local Walmart when I lived in Louisiana was a damn mess. The most obese women I've ever seen in my life would show up in daisy dukes (with fat hanging out of the top and bottom), a curtain, and Crocs.
I saw some of the messiest people EVER there. And don't even get me started on the employees.
