Eh, I'm not really sure. There are so many pros and cons. I'm not sure which outweighs the other. Being famous has many advantages; fame, fortune, fans, celebrity friends, parties, etc. But the cons make it not worth it; being followed constantly, every single detail of your personal life being exposed, your relationships being so public that they turn to ****, and all of the hate. I love my family and friends so much, I don't know if I'd be able to give up everything just for fame. I'm not sure if it's even worth it. Most people who are famous will admit that they live a very lonely life, no matter how many people love them.

For all the perks that come with being a celebrity, people who are fortunate enough (or unfortunate enough, depending on your perspective) to make it big are subjected to a lot of scrutiny/pressures/stressors that go beyond anything we so-called "normal folk" can imagine. Only the most level-headed, secure and stable need apply, as both press and public reserve the right to chew you up, spit you out, welcome you back (if you're lucky) and spit you back out again.

There's too much pressure to fit into a certain mold and lifestyle that comes with being rich and famous, so no, not for me thanks.

And then you'll be all over the news, TMZ, Extra!, Inside Edition as a bad role model. I'm sure there are stars that are so close to flipping them out, but they know they have to protect their image. Even one profanity that comes out of their mouth - they'll be on the news for days.

YES. I've wanted to be a singer all of my life. This is the lifestyle that I've chosen so I'm ready for all the other extras that comes along with fame.

No. I may not be rich, but I earn a decent salary (and live within my means). I'm happy being middle class. I wouldn't give up my job, my friends or my fiance for fame and fortune. I can barely stand being in the limelight during dance recitals, much less in front of thousands!
