It isn't a fresh verse, it was sampled from one of Jay-Z's old songs.
Although I imagine he'd still have to pay quite a bit for the sample.

FINALLY updated this week+ old thread with the video that was just recently uploaded of The Dark 2, and I HAD to bump this so as to get some attention on one of my favorites on the album.
