Madonna of course. But Queens don't live forever, so in another decade or two I'd say it'd be unfit to call her the Queen of Pop. Mama's gotta let her daughters be a mom in their own right someday too, you know.

No female artist touches Madonna. I don't even know of a bitch that's even half of her. Maybe in a decade or so we'll have a REAL competitor. But no. Madonna = FOREVER the queen.
I classify Mariah, Madonna, etc. as the legends, meaning they are above Queen. The Goddesses of Pop. So I say Beyonce. Britney was the Queen late 90s/early 00s.
