This might be her last show. With this album, her contract expires. I doubt she'll renew with Jive, or at all.

Britney's lowest live note is a B2 and her highest live note is a B5. That's three octaves right there. However she doesn't like to sing above D5/Eb5.

I think she'll take time off until her kids are bigger then she will release albums on her own time.
She is big enough and rich enough to just do it herself, no labels. Or even start her own.

Louie, if you think she's perfectly fine and at a better stage of her life right now, then why did you even open this thread to begin with?

Studio? Toxic is probably her highest note which is a G5 which is mixed between head and chest voice. She has exclaimed higher notes though all the way up to F6 (Mmm Papi) and she has exclaimed high notes on tour too. Her lowest studio note is a G2 which can be found in her demo of Dramatic (she hits it twice) and in Oops!...I Did It Again.
Her lowest live note is a B2 taken from her cover of You Oughta Know, her highest live note is a B5 taken from her chaotic reality television show when she was playfully singing opera for Kevin. Her highest live belt is an F#5 when she sang I Feel For You in the Mickey Mouse Club days, but she has also belted Eb5's back in her BOMT days.

Some of you made a bigger deal of the conservatorship than what it really is. At the start of it, Britney was monitored and had to report to Jamie a lot of times. Currently the only part of the conservatorship that is still under heavy observations is "Britney the bank account." Britney's personal well-being and Britney's finances are divided into two separate conservatorships. It has been reported that Jamie barely monitors Britney anymore and that she makes her own decisions nowadays. Hell, Jamie doesn't even live in LA most of the time anymore. They only thing keeping him in LA most of the time is his catering company. Britney no longer reports to him, because he slowly backed out once he seen improvement in her. Britney the bank is still under watch, which I don't mind because it's almost the equivalent of a 24-hour financial advisor.
Plus, please keep in mind, Britney has her current custodial rights because of the conservatorship. Judges may still be privy about releasing the kids into her care without the conservatorship intact (even if she basically operates on her own now). Remember, Britney cannot even take the boys outside of the state without a a agreement in court that allows her to do so. She had to pay Kevin's expenses to accomodate him on the 96 date Circus Tour, he didn't have to pay for anything. Why? Because Britney wanted her kids with him and Mark Kaplan negotiated that the boys can go if their father is present. Not to mention, Victoria (K-Fed's GF, now fiance) tagged along on the trips.
Britney is only a shadow of herself because of the way people used her and destroyed any ounce of trust she has in people (look at the letter thegmangrant) posted earlier. She's not going to let people in as much as she once did, where we seen her playful personality shine through. Britney has her guard up more often now, she doesn't truly let herself be open until it's more than likely behind closed doors. When she's with her boys and family. She doesn't even make the effort to have outside friends anymore because she doesn't know who truly likes her and who are just using her like the leeches/enablers from 2007.

I find it ridiculous how the entire conservatorship went on this long in the first place, it should have ended in 2008, especially the personal conservatorship. It's pretty much because of the financial stuff and custody over Preston and Jayden now. She's been in a right place for a while now, and I think it should end by the time she wraps up the "Femme Fatale" era.
I believe she wants the conservatorship to end, and I was pleasantly surprised when I read she's bringing a financial tutor to learn more about money before doing something, it's a great decision. It’s amazing that she’s finally willing do to something and wants to be in control again.

Most people (fans/stans/hater) here have an idealized & unreal version of what Britney was perceived as during her peak years.
It's amost as if people's sadistic behaviors when it comes to Britney (something that has been present since the beginning) needs to be magnified even more by embelishing the past and worsening the present.
Threads like this one reminds me of the madness of Exhale where everyone is giving his theories about what's happening to her, recreating the past and going in circles. It gives me headaches tbh !
I'll even go as far as saying people, in general, are more benevolent toward her now than they were in the past.
They realized she was human after all...
Her musical output is also better received, I think.

No, trust me I was there from the beginning. Manufactured, no talent, lip syncing, the huge breast implants scandal, bad role model for young girls, etc. I'm just saying, before 2002, it wasn't THAT bad. The image of being a cheater and having Justin air their personal lives for publicity is what really started to ruin her.

I don't even think it was that bad. 2004 looks like a complete cake walk compared to late 2006, the duration of 2007 and the cataclysmic event that was early 2008 which led her to the conservatorship in the first place. I have always felt that the conservatorship was way to drastic. Conservatorships are usually held in place for old people who are to senile to make choices on their own. Not for young people in their mid twenties. That always looked circumspect. Yeah I am thankful that her father came in and pushed all of the users out of the way. But at the same time she needs to be able to make her own choices. It's ridiculous that it has gone on as long as it has. It's been 3 years.
