She said "Hold It Against Me" was some of the best videos she has done yet, which was true. She said "Femme Fatale" was her best album yet, which was true. Her dancing in "Till The World Ends" was the most we've seen her dance in ages, so it was true.

Let's not pretend we don't know that, aside from the "Femme Fatale is my best work", those tweets were ALL Adam.
That means she's eligible for that second Worldwide Diamond certification.
