It's the networks biggest hit but it's not a HUGE hit like American Idol. Even though they're on top the ratings have been going down (this is most likely because of a lot of season finales for reality shows in their time slot). They probably want to make it an even bigger hit by the start of the next season since Season 2 is going to be longer.
