I managed to make 2 gifs for my Tumblr . I only know how to make them less than 500kb if they are in B&W tho
Limit to every 3 frames, while making sure it goes "slow". If you can't get it under 500kbs on 256 colors change it to 128, pattern takes up less kbs also.
