I don't think she's listed as the "main writer." She just has a credit in the song. I'm pretty sure there's no correlation between the order of names and the contribution to the song.

And he is not listed before Beyonce on Run The World. At least, not According to the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publisher's Database, where all writers are listed in alphabetical order according to their last name.
