Week 3 Boardroom: Meridian's Ads Didn't Sell
BOARDROOM MEETING
In TRUMP BOARDROOM ...
Outside the lobby,
Team Meridian: [crickets] 
Mr. Trump: On the phone...
[Robyn, let them in]
Robyn: You may enter the boardroom. Project manager sits in the middle.
[Fahad, Ricardo, Elmyro, Sammy, Geo, and Charlie enter Mr. Trump's Board Room]
Mr. Trump: Seven ads were assigned yet most of you couldn't even manage to win ONCE, in comparison to Ricardo (#GetAlong), who had managed to do it TWICE. Fahad (futurelove92), your project manager, helped with his one win & one loss. Team Meridian failed miserably- never have I seen such a divided team, at least team Vendetta has NO flop player. Should Team Meridian be scraped off the drawing board? Who had failed and who needs to deliver next week as PM?
ReginaGeorge: They're always complaing about the tasks or they don't do anything at all so yes, of course Team Meridian should be fired.
RawrEmyro: I'm really sorry about not being really present at all this week challenge. But I'm actually in a trip so I'm pretty busy and would get back on track soon. I would participative more at the next challenge.
futurelove92: We didn’t spam enough walls & PM, I mean we could have done a better job there. Other than that I feel like my team was able to complete the task accordingly. Only one person failed from my team, and that person is Sunderland 4ever and i say this because he was the only member of the team to not hand in anything to the judges to score.
ReginaGeorge: It’s a competition, don’t get mad people! And calling me a spam bitch look who’s talking.
TheGeoKing: No one deserves to be fired, we all did the task. It was a matter of luck when it came to the public voting.
Mr. Trump: Sunderland didn't do the task and it wasn't luck because public voting was only one fifth. Try again.
#GetAlong I don't know who should go home because honestly I was mainly focused on what I had to get done.
Mr. Trump: Ricardo, you replaced Charlie (Sunderland 4ever) when he didn't submit. Your team and project manager must be proud; I must say you're not going anywhere if you won with Wal-mart and Pepsi.
#GetAlong: I think everyone on our team had a pretty good ad. They put the work in despite known knowledge of lackluster companies. I spend my time on the task and I made sure I had information that was good as well as entertaining.
RawrEmyro: [interrupted #GetAlong] Owl, TheGeoKing, Sunderland 4ever should be fired. They didn't do their best at the Ads selling. But so far in the competition TheGeoKing has helped a lot to the team in other opportunities. So I say that Owl and Sunderland deserve to go home. They continue falling at the challenges.
Mr. Trump: What about you Emyro?
RawrEmyro: I think I did it pretty well at the challenge. I wasn't there voting all the time but the brand I was representing won and I did my best at the presentation of the product. I did not read all of the ads but sorry to futurelove92.
TheGeoKing and Sunderland 4ever failing at selling their product. People were not impressed. No no no.
Mr. Trump: Then Geo and Charlie (Sunderland 4ever) are in trouble! I am extremely disappointed.
Geo & Regina what did you think of Shawn (Deuces) ban?
ReginaGeorge: F*ck!
TheGeoKing: What a loser!
Mr. Trump: Of course each boardroom I must ask about the project manager leadership. Note that I will use this for my decision at the end if the candidate happens to make it to the finale.
How would you rate Fahad's (futurelove92) leadership?
#GetAlong: 90-100% AWESOME He kept contact with me throughout the whole thing.
RawrEmyro: 60-74% NOT TOO GREAT He did send me some messages, so I really appreciate he did that. Good job! But he failed at selling his product... 65%good.
TheGeoKing: 75-89% GREAT JOB He was a good leader and communicated well
futurelov92: Mr. KT if I must rate my performance on this task, then I was a great project manager; I took the role and embraced it. I had great communications with my team; I was catching up wit each member to make sure the task was done on time. I helped those who needed help or asked for help. I spent many hours on this task over the task period, and I say this because I had to gather information on the products and such, as well as having to communicate wit my team and I had to do some post whoring.
Mr. Trump: Enough said Fahad! Now how would you rate and describe the performance of your teammates?
futurelove92: Ricardo gets 11/10 he had won twice, enough said. Geo 5/10, I mean he got Yahoo!
Emyro gets 6/10, his ad only got 1 spin and that was from the public. Owl is 7/10; his ad got 2 spins, one from a judge the other from the public.
Sunderland 4ever gets a -1. Do i even need to say why?
Mr. Trump: It is that time to select from YOUR TEAM who would go into the FINAL BOARDROOM with you if your team would LOSE. These members will go with you back to the boardroom and somebody will be FIRED.
