K-pop actually does not plagiarize that much. Hyori Lee is the Queen of Plagiarism but it killed her career and she's a nobody now. Flo Rida recorded a remix of "Heartbreaker" with G-Dragon, and stated that there was no plagiarism on G-Dragon's part (G-Dragon being the main writer and producer of his own material).

Otherwise, your focusing far too much on allegations of plagiarism. Yes, there is plagiarism in the Korean music industry, but honestly, there is plagiarism in EVERY music industry, regardless of country.
