I consider these three trash.

I was hoping Dont Wanna Go Home would be near the top

I just...can't agree with this.

I mean, think about it. We have Gaga, Katy, Rihanna, Britney and Ke$ha all bringing a very different but successful sound to the field. I've never been excited about pop music as much as I have been lately (though Gaga is a huge part of it for me). We have Adele shaking pop music up and putting everyone hard at work again, as well.

Outside of pop, there is tons of great stuff happening. There are all sorts of indie rock acts getting a lot of support. Hip-hop is being brought to the forefront of pop music again. Dubstep and all types of incredible electronic experimentation are starting to cement themselves and gain major audiences. I mean, you can't tell if what's being done is going to have a long-standing impact and instill loyal fanbases like music from decades ago, but I would hardly say what's going on right now is "bad." I am tired of the Jason DeRulo's and Usher's in the world, but I don't have to love everything that's happening in music to realize there is some good stuff.

I guess we'll have to agree to disagree. I listen to all sorts of music and I have come across many great artists in each genre, but for the most part, I'm not impressed with the music scene as of late. I'm just not as excited as I used to be. And the Hip Hop that is coming to the forefront sucks.

I sort of agree with the hip-hop.

I couldn't believe the success of Recovery. I guess I'll always miss Slim Shady EP/Marshall Mathers EP days.

Unfortunately, I don't think the days of raw, Urban Hip-Hop dominating are coming back. At least not anytime soon. It's all Rap/Sung generic stuff.

Look At Me Now is still the jam though.

Yeah, Look At Me Now is an amazing breakthrough for hip-hop, and its longevity is amazing.

So finally Adele is on #03
